落地窗篩入的天光，穿透紗簾在灰階塗料與深褐木紋間輕柔漫散，為俐落現代的空間暈染一層溫潤光暈；圓弧語彙自玄關蜿蜒而起，流經柱體、天花與樑線，將稜角化為柔和的視覺韻律，引領目光在開闊格局中自在遊走。孩子的笑聲迴盪於無隔閡的廳區，大人於光膜變幻的餐桌旁淺酌細語，簡約之中處處可見機能的細膩安排，日常皆能在通透的氛圍裡，覓得專屬的舒心步調。

因應業主對現代簡約的偏好，設計師以賽麗石、鐵件、大板磚與鍍鈦層疊深邃質感，營造俐落而富有個性的空間基調；考量家中兩位年幼孩子的活動需求，格局大膽由四房整併為二加一書房，釋放開闊動線讓孩童得以盡情奔跑；且塗料特選耐磨款、邊角導以圓弧，兼顧安全與美感，為一家四口打造視覺坪效倍增、悠然自得的柔潤居所。

Natural light streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows, gently illuminating gray-toned surfaces and deep wood textures while casting a warm glow across the contemporary interior. Flowing curved lines originate at the entryway and continue across columns, ceilings, and beams, softening rigid architectural edges and establishing a graceful visual rhythm that guides movement throughout the open-plan space. Within this airy environment, children’s laughter fills the shared living areas while adults gather around the light-filled dining space, enjoying moments of conversation and connection. Beneath its minimalist appearance, the design thoughtfully integrates everyday functionality, creating a home that supports a relaxed and comfortable pace of life.

Inspired by the homeowners’ preference for modern minimalist design, the project combines layers of Silestone, metalwork, large-format tiles, and titanium-plated accents to create a sophisticated material palette rich in depth and texture. To better accommodate the lifestyle of a family with two young children, the original four-bedroom layout was reconfigured into two bedrooms and a study, opening up generous communal spaces that allow for greater freedom of movement and interaction.

Safety and durability were also carefully considered throughout the design. Selected wear-resistant finishes for high-traffic areas and incorporated rounded corners and softened edges to reduce potential hazards without compromising the overall aesthetic. Through this balance of elegance, practicality, and family-centered planning, the residence becomes a bright, comfortable, and welcoming home tailored to the needs of modern family living.
